Green Worx Home Improvements & Remodeling offers an all inclusive bathroom remodel special for 6995.00 . This special includes bathrooms up to 50 square feet or an average 9×5 bathroom or smaller. This special is for bathrooms with a tub /shower combo or a bathroom with just a shower stall and no tub.
Our 6995.00 All Inclusive Bathroom Remodel Special Includes Everything !
Labor to completely demo the bathroom down to the studs,and then reassemble the bathroom using all new Name brand fixtures and products. Our special includes new drywall installed and taped and plastered. A new Americast 5 foot bathtub made by American Standard in white only or biscuit only. { custom color bathtubs will have additional charges }. If its a shower stall we are redoing we will install a new shower pan, cement board, and new shower valve. For our shower valves and tub/shower combo valves we use Moen, American Standard, or Delta in Chrome finish only { Satin Nickel & Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures will have additional charges }. We will supply and install new cement backer board around tub/shower walls and install tile on floor and shower/tub walls only,with a new marble saddle at doorway. Tile on any walls other than tub/shower area will have additional charges. Green Worx Home Improvements & Remodeling will let you choose your own tile but we give you an allowance of up to 2.50 per square foot. Any tile you choose above this price you will have to pay the difference. We install the tile in a square pattern only, diagonal patterns or other custom patterns will have additional charges. Green Worx does not include any decorative or tile borders in this all inclusive special, however we will install any decorative border you purchase at no additional charge. We include a new toilet in white or biscuit only. { custom color toilets will have additional charges }. For our toilets we use Kohler, American Standard, Sterling, and Gerber. We include all plumbing materials and supply lines .We will also replace any light switch and cover in the room as well as new door trim,and base molding on the inside of bathroom only. Included is a new light fixture, a new vanity 30 inches or less. {vanities exceeding 30 inches will have additional charges } we will also include a new cultured marble or man made material sink top with a new 4 inch spread faucet made by American Standard,Moen or Delta. { Granite vanity tops will have additional charges } . We will supply and install a new exhaust fan by Nutone or Broan and we will install a new GFIC outlet near vanity. We prime and paint ceiling, walls and trim in the color of your choice.
This all inclusive special does not include any custom work. We will only replace fixtures in the same spot they were removed. Any custom modifications or additional lighting options will have additional charges.
